Myshirts.store stands behind the quality of its service within the scope of the chosen printing method. It is standard policy for you to order a sample before placing a larger order. Samples are for correcting any color or printing accuracy issues before ordering multiple items. Standard color charts are offered for any product and you can also create your own custom color charts. The color chart process is here for you to address any color accuracy concerns you have for yourself and your clients.

Myshirts.store products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment. Digital printing has limitations. It is up to you to do the pre-press work of sampling and color correcting in order to get your prints looking the best.

Myshirts.store takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Failure to educate yourself on the different types of garments and how the print results
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
• Inconsistency across multiple garments. Prints may not look 100% identical across a batch or across different garment types
• The fact that Garments are made in different countries around the world. The outcome of your print will vary depending on the fabric used and the dye used.

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Myshirts.store does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing. You upload your files and we print them.
